Change of Address: You cannot change address until you started receiving the magazines. The fastest way to change your address is by contacting the publisher either by phone or on their website. You can always email us to submit the request. Make sure to include your username, magazine name, email address, the old mailing address, and the new mailing address.
Cancelled Orders: Once in a while, clearinghouses cancel orders without any reason. If this happens, we will FULLY REFUND your payment.
Subscription Years: Most publishers do not allow more than four (4) years of subscription renewals. Please make sure that when purchasing a renewal, your total subscription years will not exceed 4 years. Some magazines are allowed up to 5 years, but only a few do.
Bulk Orders: Most clearinghouses DO NOT allow bulk orders which means you cannot purchase more than one copy of the same magazine to be mailed to the same address. (e.g. subscribing 2 copies of US weekly magazine to be mailed to your home address). If you want to purchase BULK, you have to subscribe directly through the publisher. If you purchase BULK, we will combine the number of years to your subscription.
